The program still allows the House Owner 28 nights usage per year, and is valid for 3 years, but can be cancelled at any time by the House Owner. The Guaranteed Rental Return together with gaining capital appreciation as owner of the property, makes investing in The Park Samui one of the safest investments in Koh Samui.
