Porchland 5: La Santir is the 27-storey tower which will be built about a kilometre back from Jomtien Beach and not far from their successful Porchland II low-rise near Soi Chaiyapruk.
Called La Santir, Porchland V it will have 523 units and, with prices starting at just under 1 million baht.
The Porchland 5: La Santir will boast the three fives (555) - five room types; five room sizes and five different designs.The smallest will be a studio gallery measuring 26.25 sqm; then there are four different type of one-bedroom unit ranging between 32 sqm and 49 sqm.

All units will have several items of built-in furniture in living room and bedroom, two air-conditioning units, two LCD 32” TVs, plus many kitchen items including electric stove, cooking hood, sink and a 6-cubics refrigerator.

- Installation of electric and water meters by buyer.
- Buyer will need to pay the ownership transfer fees
