and 5 % in the 16th month..
Final Payment: 75% of the Purchase Price pay upon completion and
handover with confirmation and registration of the Land Agreement.
Also Modus Group has provided financial support for both Thai and
foreigner. The payment will be 5 years installment with 12.5% interest
charge without any condition.

Additional payments:
- 33 Baht / Square meter (One year in advance on transfer date)
- 480 Baht per square meter (Pay upon unit transfer)
- Equally divided between Owner and Purchaser
